Your breakout season at Norwich ended in a penalty shootout defeat in the 2002 First Division Play-off Final against Birmingham. What do you remember?

I remember being on the coach going to the ground and seeing my parents among all the Norwich fans. I’d never seen them on the way to a game before. It was my first full season as a first-team player and it was brilliant. In the play-offs themselves, the semi-final was amazing, playing against Wolves at Molineux [in a 1-0 second-leg defeat].
