RAIL EXPRESS ANALYSIS SPECIAL: RAIL ELECTRIFICATION

THE United Nations COP26 event held in Glasgow has not resulted in a network-wide plan to reach net zero carbon emissions for rail operations by 2050. This is despite a Rail Decarb 21 campaign organised by the Railway Industry Association (RIA) who represent the railway supply chain.
