Dilraba Dilmurat

Panerai has introduced star Dilraba Dilmurat, also known as Dilireba, as its first female global brand ambassador. The TV show, which aired in August, proved so popular that during an episode where Dilmurat’s character marries fellow Panerai ambassador and Chinese actor Yang Yang, the Tencent Video streaming service crashed. In a statement, the watchmaker said that Dilmurat’s “characteristics align with Panerai’s standards of a female role model”. Jean-Marc Pontroué, the brand’s CEO, said: “As a bold and confident individual, [Dilmurat’s] spirit is in line with Panerai’s brand philosophy.
