Cooking the books

’ll be putting my feet up with a pile of cookbooks and earmarking other people’s recipes to cook(I’ve got my eye on the bacon and sausage frikadelle), followed by some of the epic bakes from Ravneet Gill’s (lusting over the miso, caramel and chocolate tart) and Ruby Tandoh’s brilliantly accessible recipes (liking the look of tomatoes and butter beans in a spiced coconut broth). It’s nice to have time to cook other people’s recipes for once.
