Gingerbread snowdomes

What to do

1 Preheat the oven to 180C and line a baking tray with baking paper.

2 Dissolve 110g brown sugar in a pan with 150g butter and 125ml golden syrup.

3 Once cool, whisk in an egg then combine with 450g plain flour, 1tbsp ground ginger, ½ tsp cinnamon, ½ tsp nutmeg and ¼ tsp ground cloves.

Knead on a lightly floured surface until smooth. Divide
