WHAT’S HOT IN MARINE ELECTRONICS FOR 2022
Despite a world-wide supply chain meltdown that has seen widespread shortages of everything, from plastic resin to stainless steel to computer chips – a disruption severe enough to force even global manufacturing giants like Ford, Honda and Toyota to idle factories while they await parts – the companies that build marine electronics seem to have largely dodged the bullets. At least, that’s how things appear, judging by the enormous range of new gear being launched for 2022.
Indeed, virtually every major builder of marine electronics has new gear coming down the pipe in the next few months, offering new features, new capabilities, faster processing speeds and greater value than ever.
