Winter in the Northern Hemisphere can be rough, with rain battering on your windows and endless days getting up in the dark. It can affect our physical and mental health in a number of ways - just look at the number of people diagnosed with SAD (Seasonal Affective Disorder)! With November arriving, we’ve consulted gardeners, interior designers, chefs and mental health charities about staying cosy, happy and healthy this winter, with a few little additions to your home and routine. We’ve also drawn inspiration from Scandinavian culture - because as much as we like to moan… Their winters are just a tadge worse than ours!
