s you would have known from the programme in our last issue, this year’s Targa New Zealand tarmac motor rally was due to start in New Plymouth on Tuesday, 26 October and finish in Havelock North on Saturday, 30 October. But, went to print, the organisers pulled the pin. The government’s rules on travel in and out of Auckland as part of its Level 3 response to Covid-19 made it just too difficult.
