SATURN V was the model name of 13 individual rockets used to take super-heavy vessels into space. Nasa used it from 1967 until 1973. Although 15 of these rockets were built, two were never used. These are the longest, most powerful rockets launched so far and were used to take the heaviest loads into low orbits of Earth.
