Tenoning with the Router

Mortise and tenons might be my favorite joint. They’re strong, reliable, and easy to hide if you don’t want to see them (though I’ve always enjoyed the look of through tenons myself). Tenons aren’t too hard to make most of the time. I tend to cut my tenons on the table saw, as it usually goes pretty quick. However, when it comes to long or oddly shaped workpieces, tenons can get a little more difficult.
