Scott Parsons

Scott Parsons is a busy man. As chief operating officer for Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield, he’s in charge of making sure the Westfield shopping centres in Stratford and Shepherd’s Bush are in tip-top shape for the millions of customers who visit them every year. He’s also on the board of Freehold, a group working to improve the visibility and representation of the LGBTQ community within the property industry. Here, he tells Attitude about some of the challenges facing retailers, and what Freehold is doing to build a better, more inclusive future.

What got you started in property?
