JORDAN’S CAPITAL CITY AMMAN IS A FASCINATING AND ANCIENT CITY – YET PERHAPS TRAVELLERS DON’T SPEND AS MUCH TIME HERE AS THEY COULD BECAUSE THEY CAN’T WAIT TO GET TO PETRA AND WADI RUM! HOW LONG WOULD YOU RECOMMEND VISITORS SPEND HERE AND WHAT DO YOU SUGGEST THEY DO WHILE THEY’RE HERE?
Petra and Wadi Rum have a fantastic appeal to them but there’s a lot more to Jordan than [kebab] on while you enjoy your [craft beer]. Another place to see is [the ruined Roman city of] Jerash – not in Amman but a must.
