Hi Brett,

How do you stop sweaty hands from wrecking the paper you are trying to draw on, AC and fans make my eyes hurt which doesn’t help either,

Hi D.W. It can be a problem alright, especially if your economy doesn’t allow for running air conditioning, or it causes other detrimental problems counterproductive to drawing progress. In the very hottest weather I usually set up a fan behind me and off to one side so it can’t dry my eyeballs out. I always use cover sheets (just A4 print paper) over the drawing to rest my hand on, but sometimes it’s 3 or 4 on top of one another if it’s particularly hot weather. The slightest suspicion of the top sheet becoming damp with sweat sees it binned and replaced. When I wash my hands (or just get them wet washing a cup or
