Trixon Luxus kit 0/200 (c.1960)

Trixon’s ‘normal’ kit was the enduring Luxus, seen here with the earlier teardrop lugs. Note the ball socket cymbal mount – a Trixon innovation. Aquamarine Sparkle was one of eight sparkle wrap finishes on offer.

Vox Telstar set (c.1967) (Trixon Speedfire 0700/1)

Trixon drums were badged as Vox in the USA from 1967 and the kits renamed. This Red Sparkle set is one of two Vox kits belonging to Dave Prince that are featured in the Arctic Monkeys' video for ‘Four Out Of Five’.
