Great Joy from Little Things… one couple’s pursuit of Africa’s Tiny Ten

It was a particularly hot day in the bushveld of central Namibia. It always seems to be a particularly hot day when you are hunting in Namibia! At any rate, the stalk had proceeded excruciatingly slowly. In the last hour we must have covered all of 40 meters. Each step on the dry, gravely dirt sounded like we were walking on crushed light bulbs. At times I wondered if we were rushing it and moving too fast.
