ven before the pandemic I think many of us were missing something important. Or, perhaps more accurately, something had gone unnoticed. We’ve had our heads buried in work, distracted with family affairs, our thoughts consumed by even something as simple as what we’re going to eat for dinner tonight. We race through life, making plans for the future, or worse, using the present to reminisce about the past. Even though we physically exist in the present, our mind is captured elsewhere, leaving us almost completely distracted.
