Watermelon and Cilantro Refresca
INGREDIENTS
45ml good tequila
10 ml watermelon syrup
15 ml agave
30 ml lemon juice
splash of soda water
cilantro leaves
cilantro sprig and watermelon for garnish
EQUIPMENT
Cocktail shaker
Large wine glass
Mix the tequila, watermelon syrup, agave, a few cilantro leaves and lemon juice in a shaker with ice. Give it a good shake and pour everything in a glass.
