GYM FAMILY

t has been two years since I visited my local climbing gym – a place I used to work at – and I feel anxious. I plan to climb with an old colleague and, as I walk towards the main entrance, I feel an urge to turn around and never come back. Reaching the entrance, a familiar face smiles at me. ‘G’day! Welcome back!’ I’m greeted with a hug, and instantly relax. As I move through the gym I see more familiar faces and get more hugs. I feel so happy I could cry. I have a great sesh with my old colleague,
