Studies show that consistent kindness actually causes beneficial physical changes in your brain. ’Give an act of kindness each day for seven days,’ says David. ‘It has to be a different thing every day, plus you need to try to push yourself out of your comfort zone at least once. At least one of your acts of kindness must be completely anonymous too.’
