Back in the groove

Familiar yet unfamiliar, that was the feeling as I made my way through press entry at Leeds Reading 2021. There had been a rigorous, pre-festival COVID credentials requirement and it took an hour to confirm everything and get our passes. But once inside, your wristband made for seamless access.

Setting up our workstations in the press tent, we were all having to remind ourselves what to do with our various Dropboxes, FTP accounts and metadata requirements. With not a lot to shoot for 18 months, we were all out of practice.
