Fresh assault on modern classics
ULEZ, SCHMULEZ. If you don’t live in London, why should you care about the Mayor’s Ultra Low Emissions Zone (ULEZ) expansion in October this year? If you drive a modern classic made between 1981 and 2006 there’s every reason to be worried. Not only is the ULEZ expanding to cover an extra 140 square miles within the North and South Circulars, but other cities in the UK are either planning or have already imposed their own ULEZ charges and fines.
