10-step flowers

Who doesn’t love a beautiful bunch of flowers or a leafy houseplant? My flat is filled with them and I like to spend time among the wildflowers on my allotment.

Flowers are some of the first things you draw as a child, and my fascination with them has never stopped. I’ve always been intrigued by British wildflowers in particular, and wildflower illustrations form an integral part of my business, Little Paisley Designs, which I started in 2014.

My floral paintings have featured in different products, including embroidered patches and notebooks, and been sent all over the world. I have enjoyed introducing British flora to a whole new audience, mixing illustrations of flora and fauna with colourful and modern patterns.

My work focuses primarily on British nature, so it has been a delight to explore flowers and houseplants from further afield, to offer a really colourful mix of flora from around
