50 years of YRF

Yash Chopra, as everyone knows, is the younger brother of noted filmmaker BR Chopra. While BR was known for his socialist stance in his movies, Yash concentrated on human emotions and later came to be known as the king of romance.

In Yash's eyes, the heart knew no boundaries. (1973) for instance, Rajesh Khanna is presumed dead. He starts a new life and meets Raakhee. He's forced by circumstances to marry her. Later, when he comes across his first wife once more, he finds it hard to choose between the two. He lets the women decide and they all end up living together happily.
