Seriously, though, it’s not rocket science. You need a good steak, enough heat to form a good sear (but not so much that you’ll burn it), and a good pan to cook it in.

For the steak, you have options. If your local butcher hasn’t shut down and been resurrected as a confusingly branded vape shop (get your suspicious pink juice at ‘Meaty Clouds’), that’s a top option; the supermarket will probably do, but, and there are plenty of other suppliers to choose from.
