IN 2021 I TRIALED more than 20 new and new-to-me vegetable varieties. Some were fantastic and I’ll be growing them again next year. Others were so-so, and there are always a few that disappoint. Here I’ll share four standouts. These were vigorous, productive, easy to grow and, most importantly, delicious.
