A better handling of new product. Ease of ordering to allow for a fair market to all collectors.

I hope to see a clear direction on bullion, uncirculated, proof and special minted coins so that the collecting community doesn’t have to put up with the haste and failures we withstood this year under the limited production. What is wrong with minting to demand? I just don’t understand.

It is a civic lesson recollected that the position of Mint director, and many others within the federal government, are political appointments by the president, often to reward party service or an intense recommendation by a major party personage. The late Eva Adams was an example of the latter.
