The dream platter

I used to be a fan of cheese platters, but then they became “everything” platters, before morphing into monster grazing tables – don’t get me started! I’m here to reintroduce the simplicity and elegance of a cheese platter: it can be a viable replacement for dessert if you’re entertaining, and it can even take the place of lunch or dinner if you’re feeling too lazy to cook. To give your platter the wow factor, I suggest slow-roasting some grapes and whipping up some easy rosemary caramelised onions.

ROASTED GRAPES
