TO DECORATING THE PUMPKIN CUPCAKES

FOR THE PUMPKIN

To decorating the pumpkin cupcakes

1 Divide the Icing into seven equal pieces. Divide one piece into four. Colour five large pieces of icing with black, red, lime, orange and purple ProGel, leaving one large piece uncoloured. Colour the four smaller pieces baby pink, yellow, grey and a mix of peach and chestnut to make a flesh tone. Place each colour into a grip seal bag. This can be done 24 hours in advance.

Brush a small amount of apricot jam onto each cupcake. Knead the black, red, lime, orange, purple and white icing
