CROCHET TRIANGLE SHAWL
A large triangular shawl with lots of billowing fringes. This stunning shawl is crocheted in stripes of different patterns. The merino wool and modal blend in the yarn gives the shawl a soft and shiny look.

Size 3½ mm
Tension: 18 tr and 9 rows = 10 cm
Crochet pattern:
Work following the instructions.
Chain 5 for a beginning chain and work treble groups:
Row 1: crochet into 5th chain (ch) from hook: 3 trebles (tr) + ch 2 + 3 tr + ch 1 + 1 tr. 2 tr groups in total; 1 tr group on both sides of the centre. Turn work.
Row 2: ch 4 (= 1st tr + ch 1), 3 tr into ch-1, ch 1, 3 tr + ch 2 + 3 tr into ch-2 sp (corner), ch 1, 3 tr into ch-1, ch 1 and 1 tr into chain of sts on previous row. 4 tr groups in total; 2 tr groups on both sides of the centre. Turn work.
Row 3: ch 4, * 3 tr into ch-1, ch 1 *, repeat * – * once more, 3 tr + ch 2 + 3 tr into chain of sts in corner, * ch 1, 3 tr into ch-1 *, repeat * – * once more, ch 1 and 1 tr into chain of sts on previous row. 6 tr groups in total; 3 tr groups on both sides of the centre. Turn work.
Row 4: ch 4, * 3 tr into ch-1, ch 1 *, repeat * – *
