1 pack Silver Fern Farms Lamb Steaks (220g)2 tablespoons olive oil150g red cabbage, sliced thinly1 spring onion,½ capsicum, seeds removed, sliced thinly3 limes, 2 juiced separately and 1 to serve1 avocado½ tsp hot sauce (we used Tabasco)pinch of chipotle powder2 tablespoons fresh coriander1 tablespoon mayonnaise1 tablespoon Greek yoghurt6 small tortillas green chilli and coriander, to serve
