Gamers are crying out for affordable GPUs. For all the talk about big Navi, RTX and ray tracing technologies, those cards are all priced at levels well above what the majority of gamers are willing to spend. Both the 6700 XT or RTX 3060 have crept back up to well over $1,000. At around $849 (and rising), the 6600 XT is still an expensive GPU.
