What’s the perfect balance between cheese, chutney and crackers?
My formula for creating the perfect cheeseboard is ‘less is more’. You can create an appealing board with just three delicious, different cheeses, and then add some crackers and a chutney to accompany them.
Bigger cuts of cheese store better than lots of small cuts. A hard cheese, a blue, a soft cheese and a piece of cheese that is slightly different or surprising is all that you need to create an appealing cheeseboard. You don’t want to overload the palette.
