BRIGHTON’S SMALL LIVE VENUES

The Hope & Ruin

Bar: Just up from the clocktower on Queens Road, you can’t miss The Hope with its name spelled out in yellow lights. The large bar is full of mismatched furniture, plants, neon lights and oddments hanging from the ceiling. There’s even a bathtub to sit in. Behind the bar you’ll find a great selection of beers, spirits and ales all served by the loveliest team of staff you could wish for.

The Hope is a true grassroots venue
