PROJECT PANDA
e left the Panda last issue sitting on the drive late at night, covered in frost and awaiting a proper inspection in the morning. That inspection turned up a mixed bag, not bad enough to knock the project on its head, but not good enough either to fill us with joy. We had only paid £1400 for the car, so were fully expecting there to be plenty of jobs that needed to be done –
