IT’S taken a long time for the wheels of justice to turn. Ten years – that’s how long Louise Nell has spent trying to get her ex-husband, Andrei Potgieter, to pay her the maintenance he owes her.
In that time their two sons have grown up and started careers of their own and still Louise (63) is waiting for him to pay up.
