LAN DO: I AM PERFORMING AT MY BEST LEVEL EVER

It’s something that is normally uttered by a grandparent: “My, haven’t you grown?” And while the diminutive Lando Norris might have remained at five foot seven inches in height, in the past three years he has matured immeasurably in terms of stature, experience and speed behind the wheel.

Norris may only be 21, but the British driver has already made over 50 grand prix starts and for much of this season has sat third in the drivers’World championship behind Lewis Hamilton and Max Verstappen.

In an era when records are being broken regularly in F1, earlier this year Norris scored 15 consecutive finishes in the points – the most ever for a McLaren driver.

The happy-go-lucky youngster is a huge hit with youthful F1 fans and he’s also winning plaudits from more seasoned observers for his pace, bravery and assuredness in his MCL35.
