Natural treatments for SLE

Q I’ve just been diagnosed with systemic lupus erythematosus and would like to know if there’s any evidence on natural therapies being helpful for the condition. I’m aware I need to protect my skin from the sun, pace my activities, manage stress, etc. What about diet and supplements?
