One of Our Aircraft Is Missing The Best of British Transport Films Volume 2

(BFI)

Written, produced and directed by Michael Powell and Emeric Pressburger, the 1942 film One Of Our Aircraft Is Missing is a suspenseful tale of wartime valour and heroism, and it is now available on Blu-ray as part of a special collector’s edition. Aside from the compelling main feature, the release also features archive films including Target for Tonight and An Airman’s Letter to His Mother, as well as a brand new audio commentary by film scholar Ian Christie and a fully illustrated booklet with new writing on the film.

Also available on Blu-ray, The Best Of British Transport Films Volume 2 includes 21 of the BTF collection’s most celebrated titles across two discs, including Bridge of Song (1955), (1957), (1963) and (1966), alongside less familiar titles spanning more than 30 years, all presented in High Definition for the first time.
