    Q I’m confused about the type of rod suitable for fishing sub-10g lures from rocky shore marks. I mainly fish for wrasse, pollack and LRF species with soft plastics. Can you help?

    DS says: We all get confused by rod ratings whether it is casting weight or action. One rod manufacturer’s rating will contradict another but I’ll try to offer some insight.
