Leigh Squires has been around scooters since he was a kid. Naturally, when Leigh turned 16, he wanted a scooter and his dad suggested a Vespa 50 Special. “The scooter was in our garage, and he’d built it for my mum to learn on. At first I laughed because it had crash-bars, racks and lights all over it, which would have made it extremely embarrassing to turn up at school on.
