Dilapidated Duke!

Ever really wish you hadn't started something? I do. I've just realised that the little Ducati has been languishing in bits on the bench for over four years. And it's many more than that since it's been on the road. In fact, I've just found the last tax disc – from 2005… How did that happen?

It's not even as if it needs all that much doing to get it up and running again. But there always seems to be something more important to do, keeping the rest of my two- and four-wheeled fleet running, for example, especially my 1997 BMW R1100 RS workhorse; with well over 100,000 miles on the clock there's always been something that needs attention. But with the BMW now sold, I'm running out of excuses, and with the taxman having pinched the cash from the sale, I'm in need of other funds to invest in my planned CX500 upgrades. Time to lay spanners on the poor
