ALBERT’S PUBLIC PLEA ‘CHARLENE, PLEASE COME HOME’

She’s been “grounded” in her native South Africa since mid-May due to health issues, but Princess Charlene of Monaco’s husband Prince Albert has insisted she’s “ready to come home’’.

In recent months, the couple’s long separation has prompted numerous split reports in Europe, with claims that Charlene, 43, has “no intention of returning’’ to Monaco. But after visiting Charlene in South Africa with their six-year-old twins, Princess Gabriella and Prince Jacques, Albert, 63, has cast aside those rumours – insisting Charlene will return home as soon as she’s given the all-clear.

“She’s jokingly said she’s ready to stow away on a ship to come back to Europe,” Albert said.
