SILVER THREADS still float through the air and thick dewdrops hang in the grass. But the first stormy days aren’t far off. The anemones stretch their flowers towards this gentle warmth, knowing their delicate white, pink and purple shells will soon have to stand up to violent gusts of wind. Their slender stems stand a metre tall, with flowers dancing like butterflies at their tops.
