Growing pains are the subject of the latest feature by Berlin-based filmmaker Leonie Krippendorff. Her previous film Looping and screenplay for Fucking Berlin explored sexuality in crisis and so Krippendorff is on home turf for , the charming story of 14-year-old Nora (Lena Urzendowsky) who comes of age while pursuing a crush on the new girl at school, Romy (Jella Haase), over a long, hot summer.
