    DAOU: PASO ROBLES MOUNTAIN WINE

    Daniel Daou, winemaker at his and his brother Georges’ eponymous winery in Paso Robles, California, recently joined a small (socially distanced) group of critics, buyers and sommeliers at 67 Pall Mall in London via video link to introduce a line-up of eight reds from their mountain vineyards in the Adelaida District.

    Now called Daou Mountain, it is one of the highest vineyards in Paso at 670m. Daniel effuses that it has the same
