Being a mum of two toddlers comes with a lot of responsibility. I have to be constantly on my toes and involved with them. And in the current scenario, managing work from home and family, hasn’t been easy.
It was challenging, emotionally and physically. However, as a family, we have learnt to successfully work around these challenges and find what works best for us. I make sure we have a routine in place, which enables me to allot dedicated time periods to justify all my roles as a mother, a professional, a wife, and a daughter-in-law. So I now have ample time with the kids, my husband, to tend to the house and time to honour my professional commitments too. Time management is key when it comes to juggling various roles and being at home in this pandemic. This is something I recommend all parents, to take seriously, in order to get on top of the situation.
