Swedish-born Ulrika Jonsson first hit our screens in 1989 as a presenter on breakfast show TV-am, before going on to present hit ITV show Gladiators in 1992.

While it may seem like that was just yesterday, the popular ITV show started 29 years ago, meaning Ulrika, 54, has been a permanent fixture for nearly three decades. She’s had a colourful career over the years, from presenting the and the to reality TV stints on and . Nowadays, you’ll find Ulrika being an advocate against ageism and a proud parent to four children.
