Relax the eligibility laws

World Rugby needs to stop living in the past. The world is a multicultural and multiethnic society, and rugby needs to embrace this and so help the smaller nations grow.

Some players have been ‘locked’ by bigger rugby nations who could be released to play for their birthright countries and add to the depth of the game. Other players who have less than a handful of caps are being wasted on the sidelines and will never get international exposure.
