    I was recently diagnosed with a heart condition and have only, in the past couple of weeks, been venturing out to try walking short distances without being breathless.

    On Monday, I was in Glasgow city centre with my wife. We split up to do separate shops and agreed to meet back outside Marks & Spencer on Argyle Street.
