The first air mail in South Africa
. F. Driver, also known as Bok, transported commemorative envelopes between Kenilworth and Muizenberg in a Bleriot aeroplane as part of an advertising campaign. This was the first time that mail was flown in South Africa. However, it took a long time before the Post Office began an official air-mail
